Yurt Madness

For our second time (ever) we got together with friends and made the trip up to the Mil Creek Canyon Yurt on our cross country skis! I have been really excited to do this, but also a little apprehensive because I swear last year when we did this the hike went on for miles and miles and miles and miles. I guess we prepared for the worst, because this was so much easier and a faster hike! Kuddos to our friend Liz Apking who is still fresh from her ACL knee surgery - he hoofed the whole hike on snow shoes! All in all, a great evening spent with the Shirleys and Apkings.
