Happy Hoppy Day!

It was fun to dye easter eggs from our own back-yard raised chickens! The colors all turned to earthy tones as our eggs are brown, and becuase the eggs are fresh, they don't peel well after being hard boiled.  We were concerned that egg dye and 1 year old boy were a dangerous combination, so we waited until baby D went to bed to dye the eggs. We also enjoyed homemade raspberry italian sodas (which we've been making a lot of lately).

I love Easter, and this year, so did Daniel! He discovered peeps which may be his new favorite candy.

Easter Sunday was beautiful.  And we even got our little Easter bunny to pose for a photo.
