Dual at Sand Hollow
This weekend we participated in our first Multi-Sport event. It was the Dual at Sand Hollow in St. George, Utah. It was a lot of fun to mix up our cycling and add another dimension to the entire experience. Mike and I both finished third in our age division for the Sprint distance. The weather was beautiful. Mike was awesome and stayed with me the entire race!

hey, courtie and i are trying to do a tri before the end of the summer. We are looking at doing the Salem Spring Triathalon. You guys should do it too.
